1. Account Terms

  • You must be a human. Automated account creation or usage (“bots”) is not permitted.

  • A single account is for use by one person only. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

2. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

  • A valid payment method is required for paid plans.
  • Free trials, when offered, begin upon account activation and run for the specified period. You will be charged once the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Monthly and annual plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial usage, downgrades, or unused time. Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) may result in prorated charges or credits.
  • Taxes, levies, and duties (except those based on DavidRocksGoliath's U.S. federal or state income) are your responsibility.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future billing. We do not offer refunds for time remaining in your current billing cycle.
  • If your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, you are not entitled to a refund.

3. Use Limitations

  • You may not download or store data from the Service in volumes that represent a substantial portion of our database, even if done manually.
  • You may not use scraping tools or automated systems to access or extract content from the Service.
  • The Service is intended for personal or internal business use only. Reselling or redistributing content is prohibited.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Modifications to the Service

  • DavidRocksGoliath reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
  • Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Notice may be provided via the site or by email.

  • Any third-party services or advertisements linked within the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted or archived.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Trademarks

The DavidRocksGoliath name, logo, and brand assets are the property of DavidRocksGoliath. You may not use them without express written permission, especially not in a misleading, derogatory, or competitive context.
